No entry, will be received for any of the aboye races except on this condition : — That all disputes, claims, and objt-ctions, arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards or whom they may appoint. Nol person snail be allowed to run a horse unless the lat ter be qualified as the bona fide property of a subscriber of two sovereigns to the race fund. All entries to be sealed and addressed to the Stewards, at Colyer's Hotel, on or before 6th February, entry money enclosed, with name, age, and pedigree ofthe horse, name of the owner, and colors of the rider. Any jockey not riding in colors entered will be fined two sovereigns. Alldogs found on the course will be destroyed, without respect to ownership. Entries for the Invercargill Handicap must be made at Colyer's Hotel, on or before lst February. Three horses to start for each race, or tho nublic money will not be added. ' .
