MONDAY, Sbd DECEMBER. ~Fovjj Chimkft. — Thomas Crack was fined 10a and costs ,5s 6d, for neglecting to keep clean the chimney of a house in his occupation in Tay-street, so that the chimney caught fire on the 29th ult. Hohße Steathto. — Several persons were fined for this offence in the penalty of 5s for each horse, and costs 5s 6d. One person had as many as nine hones parading the gratings in Esk-street on j otw separate occasions.
