AFTESNOO^T SITTING. In Ec Middleto^. The examination of this insolvent , occupied over three hours, during which time a severe investigation as to his settlement of property on Mrs Middleton, certain bill transactions, and other matters were searchingly inquired into. Want of space prevents onr giving a report in our present issue. It resulted however, in his Honor the Judge making a ''vesting order" for tho Inspector of Bankruptcy to take charge of the estate, and the withdrawal of the insolvent's protection.
