CANTEEBTJEY. Chbistchttrch, 31st Oct. Court of Appeal adjourned to Dune din in May next. A detachment of troops has been sent to Tauranga. The directors of the N.Z. Steam Company recommend amalgamation with the Panama Co. Capt. Benson the colonial manager of the Panama company is favorable to the project, but the opinion of the English shareholders will have to be taken. Napier is perfectly quiet.
