Public Notices. [CIRCULAR.] rpHE Undersigned desires to intimate that he has commenced business as Land, Estate, and Telegraphic Agent. He will also devote his ■ attention to Mining Matters, and will be prepared to act as Mining Advocate, and attend the Warden's Courts throughout the Province. The Undersigned would desire to state that i from his long experience in business in Viotoria and New Zealand, he will be prepared to diligently execute commissions with which he may be in any of the above capacities. With regard to the Telegraphic branch, arrangements have been entered into ' with agents throughout the different Provinces and in Australia, who are well acquainted with mercantile and shipping business, and who will act in conjunction with the undersigned, in transmitting , information, executing commissions, or making inquiries relative to the state of the markefs, &c, with which the undersigned may be entrusted. As a guarantee of the accuracy of all telegrams, ' the undersigned desires to mention his long experience in connection with the Press in Victoria and New Zealand.
