I OTAGO. i BxmrEDiN, Oct. 12. The Star of Tasmania lias arrived from London, 91 days out. All well. - Effigies of the unpopular members for Otago were paraded through the town last night by an immense concourse. They were not allowed to burn them, so they cast them into the harbor. Great excitement. The cargo of the Issabella, 8712 bags su°"ar, was sold at auction yesterday at 7£ per cent, lower than previous cargo sales. Finest crystals white £44, second £37 to £39 sa, counter, £35 fco £37 2a, and £33 to £36, brown and ration £29 to £33. Flour and staples no change. An inquest was held this afternoon on the body of the late Capt. Randall, and the jury returned a verdict of died from apoplexy, The funeral was largely attended.
