I ______ mHE GOVERNMENT reserves to itself the power to require the Contractors, should it be found desirable at any time during the lease to open one of the centre Bays of the Bridge (in the manner of a Draw or Swing Bridge) for the purpose of small crafts up and down the river. Arrangements may be made at the option of the Contractor for this possible requirement in the original construction.
