(to the editoe oe the southland times.) Sib, — Can you inform me when the Philharmonic Society intend giving their first concert? I paid my subscription three months ago, and I was informed there would be four concerts during the year, but I hare made inquiries amongst my friends, and I hear there is no likelihood of a concert for some time to come. Is the society defunct ; if so, I should expect my money back.- Pray enlighten your readers on the subject, Mr Editor, -xon^vfecfe^ Ciiizef.
