Tn_E_ Op-fice, Thursday Evening. Trade during the week has been -very dull. The New Tariff seems Ukely to cause a slight advance in prices. Flour remains at £21 per ton. Oats have advanced, and are in demand at 6s per bushel. Good WeUinston butter is worth 2s per lb. - Hams and bacon stUl continue scarce. English is worth Is iOd per lb. Colonial, Is 4d to Is 6d per lb. Potatoes are scarce at £7 to £8 per ton; as high as £10 is given for good seed. Little has been doing in wines, spirits, and groceries, the alteration in Tariff not much affecting prices.
