[T is hereby notified that the Eules and Eegulations for the Office of Begisrar of Brands published in the Southland Provincial Government Gazette of June <th 1866, are repealed and the following Jegulations substituted in lieu thereof. John P. Tatlob, Superintendent. Etjles and Eegtjlations for the office of Eegistrar of Brands under the provisions of the Cattle Branding Odinance. The hours for the registration of brands hall be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on week ays, and at such other hours as may be onvenient for the Eegistrar. The following Fees shall be paid to the legistrar : — Eegistering Brand, 10s. For altering do, ss. Sale of neat cattle if under 50 in number each 6d. 50 and under 100 each 3d. 100 and under 200 each 2d. 200 and upwards eacL Id. Sale of sheep if under 1000 each. Id. 1000 and upwards £d. The Eegistrar shall once a quarter üblish the returns of Cattle Brands. The above Eegulations shall come into )rce on and after the Ist day of October, 866. John P. Tatlob, Superintendent.
