It appeared that on the previous night the prosecutor got home late and found the prisoner in a lean-to at the back of his premises. He appeared to have been sleeping, andnotsatisiactorily accounting for being there he was given into custody, sentenced to 3 days imprisonment with hard labor. MO^AY, 3ed SEPTEMBER..
