DUNEDIN. Sept. 5, 7.10 p.m. A great demonstration was held yesterday in the Princess Theatre. unanimously adopted condemning the threatened appropriation by the government of the municipal revenues. A committee of the leading citizens was appointed to draw up a memorial to the General Assembly.,
