Vessels passing up the river sk-uld keep Luggage Point within two ship's le_gt_ 3, until the small gap through the mangroves above tbe point is opened j they should then haul np and steer direct for the light at Lytton, until the large black buoy off the Boat Channel is sighted, after passing which, they cau shape a course up the river as usuaL Vessels steering up the river, towards Lytton will — while keeping this light in sight — be clear cf the bank, and the two red buoys on the west sde of the channelBy order of the Marine Board, G.
