The s.s. South Australian left Hobson's Bay at 11^-a.m. on the 14th i:;st , passed through the Heads at 1 p.m. the same day ; experienced fresh •S.W. winds during the voyage ; sighted ihe West Cape at noon on the 18th inst., slowed the engines at 1Q p.m. the same dav, and at midnight hove too oft" the Bhiff till dayiikht, and arrived at the .Bluff wharf at 7 a.m. on" the 19th inst. The s.s. Aiharnbra left Port Chalmers at 4 p.m. .. \on the 17 th inst., aud arrived at the wharf here at 3 15 p.m. on the 18th. f The s.s. Keera, left Hokitika at 6.30 p.m. on the 16th inst. ; experienced strong southerly and S.W. winds on the passage ; sighted the s:s. Wm. Mislrin off Martin's Bay, bouud for Hokitik; ; also a steamer o£" Cape Providence, supposed to * be the Alhambra. The Keera brings 47 steerage passengers for Eiverton and Te Waiwai Point diggings.
