In the manifest of the Danzig, published in ou Wednesday's issue, the following goods, instead of having been primed "Order" should have been " W. C. Scandrett" :— 1 bag rice, 4 bags oat- | meal, 1 bag salt, 1 cask currants, 1 case starch, 2 cases maizena, 4 bags rise, 2 casks and 1 cas case earthenware, 6 bags sugar. The only case before the Kesident Magistrate Wednesday was a charge of drunkenness against' Charles Price, for which offence be was fined 20s, or 48 hours' imprisonment. He was also charged , by Mv Livesey, of the Priaco of Wales Elotel. with using insulting and abusive language, at the ealo of the wreck of the Calypso, on the lOtb insfc. The offence having been proved, ho wns fined 40?.; or 14 days' imprisonment, with hard labor, 'lime wwe 3° cases yesterday.
