T JOHN STEWART, late of the Lord Clyde 3 Hotel, do hereby give notice that it is my intention to apply to the Justices sitting at the Resident Magistrate's Court, to be holden at Invercargill on the 23rd of July, 1866, for a certificate authorising the issue of a Publican's License for a house situated in Esk-street, Invercargill, called the New York Hotel, containing six bedrooms, exclusive of that required for the use o myself and family.
