Government Advertisements. PROCLAMATION By the Honorable John Parkin Tatloe, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Southland. XIST pursuance of the power vested in me in that behalf, I do hereby fix and proclaim that the Seventh Session of the^Seconil Provincial Council of the Province of Southland shall be held within the Masonic Hall, Kelvin-street, Invercargill, in the said Province, and shall commence on Wednesday, tk3 eighteenth day of July current, at 12 o'clock Noon : And the members of the said Council are hereby wai ned to give their attendance at the said time and place accordingly. ATOTICE is hereby given that on or about Ist of August rest the Cask Buoy (red)., on the east end of the Sand Spit, in the Harbor, will be taken away, and a large Cone Buoy (red) surmounted by a Staff and Ball placed there in its stead. ) This Buoy, and a remarkable sand patch on the High Land at the head 0 the Bay, kept in a line, bearing N.W. by W. f W., will lead through the entrance.
