XIST pursuance of the power vested in me in that behalf, I do hereby fix and proclaim that the Seventh Session of the^Seconil Provincial Council of the Province of Southland shall be held within the Masonic Hall, Kelvin-street, Invercargill, in the said Province, and shall commence on Wednesday, tk3 eighteenth day of July current, at 12 o'clock Noon : And the members of the said Council are hereby wai ned to give their attendance at the said time and place accordingly.
