PROCLAMATION By the Honorable John Parkin Tatlob, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Southland. T"N pursuance of the power vested in me in that "behalf, I do hereby fix and proclaim that the Seventh Session of the Second Provincial Council of the Province of Southland shall be held within the Masonic Hall, Kelvin-street, Invercargill, in the said Province, and shall commence on Wednesday, the eighteenth day of July current, at 12 o'clock Noon : And the members of the said Council are hereby warned to give their attendance at the said time and place accordingly. Given under my hand, and issued under the public seal of the Province of Southland, this tenth day of July, One thousand eight hundred and sixtysix. Johist P. ATOTICE is hereby given that on or about let of August next the Cask Buoy (red) on the east , end of the Sand Spit, in the Harbor, will be taken away, and a large Cone Buoy (red) surmounted by a Staff and Ball placed there in its etead.
