PEOCLAMATION By the Honorable John Pabkdt TATLOE^Esq., Superintendent of the^ Province of Southland. XN pursuance of the power vested in me in that behalf, I do hereby fix and proclaim that the Seventh Session of the Second Provincial Council of the Province of Southland shall be held within the Masonic Hall, Kelvin-street, Invercargill, in the said Province, and shall commence on Wednesday, the eighteenth day of July current, at 12 o'clock Noon : And the members of the said Council are hereby warned to give their attendance at the said time and place accordingly. Given under my hand, and issued under the public seal of the Province of Southland, this tenth day of July, One thousand eight hundred and sixtysix. John P.
