DinrEDiif, 4th July. Mr Dick, Superintendent, and Mr Miller, Provincial Secretary sail North to-morrow. Mr Haggitt, the Provincial Solicitor, is Deputy-Superintendent, and Mr Moss, the Provincial Treasurer, assumes Provincial Secretaryship during their absence. The Americans are celebrating the 4th July in a fine style. Cobb's eight-horse coach crowded, has been parading tha streets all day. The Dinner to-night, at Hoyt's.
