Clare v. Smith. —Judgment confessed for £10 15, for board, &c, with costs. "Wilton v. Cameron. —Claim for £1 12s wages as seaman at the rate of 8s per day. Defendant stated he had to dismiss plaintiff on account of his unclean habits, and also that Ss per day was too high a rate of wages; to corroborate which he brought proof. Judgment given for plaintiff for £1 4s, being at the rate of 6s per day.
