Df>t;dxn*, 14th June. Lees v. Tmveck finished last night at nine o'clock, jury locked up for more than an hour. Verdict for defendant. Three actions by Morison, Cormack, and Nicoll against Treweck, arising out of the same afiari. This being a fast day, it has been observed as a general holiday. .
