RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT.

(Before H. M'Culloch, Esq., E.M.) WEDNESDAY, JUNE 13th, 1866. One drunkard was fined 10s. TULLT V. ASKDfS. Mr Harvey, in this case, appeared for plaintiff, who claimed £23 12s. as commission, and other charges in. connection with the ship Marion Eennie, of which defendant is master. Employment of plaintiff was denied on the part of Asfcins, but with the exception of a general commission charge of £G 6s. Judgment was given for plaintiff, with costs.
