The correspondence about the rinderpest, among other letters to the daily papers, has brought out the following: — " Sir, — If any one wants to see a cow cured of the plague, ' please refer them to me.' " It is wonderfully assuming that a farmer should liken him self unto a cow cured of the plague, and invite people to look at him.
