At a meeting of the Chamber of Commerce held yesterday, resolutions condemnatory of the proposed alteration of the time table of the Panama mail service, were about being past, an official telegram announced that the alrerations were only for this month, and the meeting broke up. Heinea complimentary benefit was a great success. •?'■■.
