THE following Ordinances passed by the Provincial Council of the Province of Southland, intituled — "The Eailway Commission Ordinance, 1866 ;" " The Dog Ordinance, 1866 ;" " The Tolls Ordinance, 1666 ;" "The Appropriation Ordinance, 1866 " " Cattle Trespass Ordinance, 1866 ;" " Locallmprovement Ordinance 1866" " Sheep Ordinance, 1866 ;" " Executive Council Ordinance, 1866 ;" " Eencing Ordinance, 1866 ; " The Provincial Liabilites Confirmation Ordnance, 1866 ;" which Ordinances were reserved for the signification of the Governor's pleasure thereon, having been laid before the Governor, His Excellency has been pleased to assent to the same.
