SOUTHLAND.
Bluff, 9th May. Captain Whyte and part of crew of the schooner Zephyr arrived from Stewart's Island, reports the wreck ofthe schooner. She sprung a leak off the Snares ; had to run for Stewart's Island, and on 29th ult., beached her with nine feet of water in the hold, two miles from Port Adventure. 10th May. Arrivkd. — Phoebe from Dunedin. Judge Chapman and other passengers.
