'""Oats continue scarce, a good sample would bring 4s 9d to ss. Bran, scarce, 2s 3d to 2s 6d per bushel. Hams and bacon are still in demand, hone but Colonial being* in the market. Cheese, Colonial, is saleable at ls 4d to Is 6d per lb; Eng ish, scaice. Oatmeal, Colonial, -£34 per. ton ; English, scarce', £28 p^r ton. Potatoes still continue scarce at from £8 to £10 per ton. "Wines and spirits meet with a fair demand at current rates. -jGroceries and oilmen ., stores maintain th-jir prices, the market being supplied equal to_ fche demand.
