From Northern Ports — s.s. Ariedale, on 20th instant. PROJECTED DEPARTURES — EOR London — Ship England, about 20th inst. Northern Ports, Hokitika, and Sydney — s.s Auckland, to-day. j Melbourne, &c. — Eangitoto, with English MaU on 19th inst. Melbourne — Albion, s.s., on 20th inst. Northern Ports and Hokitika — Airedale, s.s., on 22nd inst. South Australia, s.s., left Hobson's Bay at 5.20 p.m. of tbe 14th inst., passed through the Heads .at 8.50 p.m., six hours after the Auckland with English Mail on board. At 3.80 p.m. of the 15th, passed the Auckland at 5.30 abreast of Swan light; light winds and fine weather up to mid night of the 17th, when was experienced a strong gale from S.S.W. to S.W. with heavy sea on.; 18th, 4.30 p.m., passed the Alhambra ; 3 a.m. : 19th, observed Stewart's Island, and arrived at. • Bluff Harbor at 7.20 a.m.
