TO THE EDITOB OF THS SOUTRLAND TIMES. Sib, — Wonder if Jenkins sleeps soundly after getting delivered of his venomous productions ? Wo ider if he had bueu elected to a seat in the Provincial Council whether his prosy addre333S would have been listened to ? Wonder whether all the members would understand his " broad way ? " Wonder why Mr Blacklock is so odious to Mr Jenkins ? Wonder why the electors chose Mr Blacklock? Wonder wiiether his opponent has yet got over it? Wonder whether my friend, the watchmaker, would like to be Provnuial Treasurer, or Commissioner of Crown Lands ? Wonder why editor " Southland News " admits the productions of every petty scribbler to its columns ? Wonder if it is not to fill up, as it seldom contains much besides ?
