: Southland Times Office, Saturday Evening, March 3. Business during the week has been steady, and previous prices have been fully maintained. The late arrivals have fairiy stocked the market without glutting it. Flour is rising. Good Adelaide may now be quoted at £33 per ton, with a fair demand. Matches are scarce. The orders for the country are extensive, and when executed will likely make stocks very bare. The following are the Customs Returns for Friday : — Friday, March 2.
