♦ (Before H. M'Culloch Esq.. R. M.) Monday, 19th Febbttaby. Patrick Leonard and David M'Dougall were each fined 10s, or 24 hours imprisonment for drunkenness. Henry Tomkins, William Bradley and John Gibson, were each fined 5s and costs,; 5s 6d, for allowing their horses to stray about the town. CrviL Cases. MITCHELL Y. DAVIS. On the application of Mr. Harvey, plaintiff's counsel, this case was further adjourned to Monday, the 20th instant. CALLOW & PAT Y. CHEYNE. Claim for £1 7s, short delivery of goods. The defendant in this case having sent a medical certificate to the effect that he has been injured on the railway works, the hearing was adjourned to Thursday, the 22nd. JAGGEBS V. SCASTDBETT. Claim for rent, £B 12s. Judgment for defendant with costs lis. Tuesday, 20th Ee_bu___v mobbison v. bussell. Claim for £12 19s sd, for goods* supplied. Defendant did not; appear. Judgment for plaintiff with costs 15s,
