T"N pursuance of the power vested in me in that behalf, I do hereby fix and proclaim that the Fifth Session of the Second Provincial Council of the Province of Southland shall be held within the Masonic Hall, Kelvin-street, Invercargill, in the said Province, and shall commence on Tuesday, the sixth day of March next, at 12 o'clock Noon : And the Members of the said Council are hereby warned to give their attendance at the said time and place accordingly.
