LATER NEWS FROM THE CAPE ARRIVAL BISHOP COLENSO.

Adelaide, January, Bth. Per Beihstetg, from Hamburgh, via Cape Town, Aye have news to tne 25th November. Bishop Colenso had arrived at Natal por Yerulam. There was much excitement in consequence. A large party of Churchmen had signed an address welcoming him back. The Bishop made a reply which gave great offence to those holding opposite views. The Churchwardens and Minister of St. Paul's Church had protested against his ministry in that Church, but he preachd tl ere to a large congregation. He then proceeded to Maritzburg, from which place 150 gentlewent out to meet him. . Mahurah and another cheif living near Potchefdroom have declared war against the Transrval Republic. A large number of labourers were out of work at Natal.
