November 16th.'— The master of the schooner Abbey reports the barque Sea Breeze, coal laden, from Newcastle, bound to Ad^^e, ashore on a . dangerous" reef of rooks off Circular Head. The I vessel was left, high and dry at low water. The I crew were throwing the cargo overboard.
