That you, the said John Randall Carey, Alfred William Grilles, and Louis Briggs Gilles, hold, or propose to hold, a certain bill of sale of the said run, station, sheep, and stock, bearing date the ninth day of June last, and made between you, the said John Munro, of the one part; and you, the said John Randall Carey, Alfred William Gilles, and Louis Briggs Giliea, of the other part; and that you, as holders of such bill of sale as aforesaid, tltreaten to put the same in force, by seizing and selling tho said station, run, aud stock,-— We therefore <to strictly enjoin and command you, tho said John Munro, John Randall Caroy, Alfred William Grilles, and Louis Bnggs Gilles, and each of you, and all and evory tho persons before montionod, under peril of the further process of the eaid Court, that you, and every of you, do absolutely desist from commencing or prosecuting any action or auit against the plaintiff or his sureties upon the said bills of exchange,' or any of thorn ; and alao to refrain and desist from negotiating or parting with the possession of the said several bills of exchange, or any of them in your handa, until the order or decree of this Court to the contrary.
