THE GENERAL ELECTIONS.
The writs having been received from Auckland, the returning officers for the electoral districts of Invercargill, Campbelitown, Roslin, and Waihopai, have already appointed the following times and places for the elections hi these districts : — I. Ittveecarg-ill. — At the Court-House, Invercargill, on the 17th November, at noon. If a poll is necessary, the ißth is fixed for that purpose. ,11, OajM-pbelmown.— At tlie Court-House, Campbelitown, on the 7th November, at noon. If a poll is necessary, the. following day is appointed. • 111. Waihopai. — At the Court-House, Invercargill, pii the 15th November, at noon. If a poll is necessary, the following day is fixed. .7 IV. Roslin.— At the School-House, Mavis .Bush,..on..the 12th prox.- If a poll, is necessary,. • the' i4th is appointed for the purpose.
