Thb Nugget, cutter, with the Wsst Coast exploration party, sailed from the wharf at twelvo o'clock yesterday. The party consists of nine, and the* vessel is in charge of Mr. Williamson, but, after making their destination — Jackson's Bay — Mr. Barrington, who is one of the party, vill act as leader. The men sro all of a class well suited to endure the hardships and privations incident on au exploring expedition, and thej start on their adventurous enterprise in tho b«st of spirits. They take with them twelvo months' supply of provisions, with plenty of emmunition, joiners' tools, blacksmith's tools, forge, &c, and a great quantity of other useful implement*. Hearty cheering greeted the departure of tho adventurous spirits, who returned compliment in true sailor fashion. The Nugget is a trim-built little craft, and appears to b« in capital condition for the royago.
