The names of the particular steamers aovementioned cannot always be relied upon, a the respective companies may substitute any c the authorised steamers. It will be observed that passengers from ISipier by the steamer of the 6th, and from Manuka and other ports by steamer of the Bth, can proced to Melbourne from Otago by the English mail stamer on the 18th. Passengers by steamer of 15th from Sydby to Auckland can proceed South, via East Coat, on the 23rd. ; Passengers by steamer of 25th from Sydcy to Nelson can proceed either 'jSTorth or SoutHrom Nelson on the 2nd. Passengers by steamer of 2nd from Bluf and other ports to Nelson can proceed to Sydnejfrom Nelson on the 2nd. Passengers by steamer of 10th from Melburne to Otago can proceed North on 20th ?j/<East Coast, or on 25th via Nelson to Manukau. : Passengers by steamer of 20th from Ot-go to Auckland via East Coast can proceed from' Luck - land to Sydney on the Ist. The steamers via East Coast, North andoouth, meet at Napier. Those leaving and arriving at Mauukau ieet at Nelson. •' The East Coast steamers coming Nortl meet the West Coast steamers going South at "Vfcllington, and vica versa.
