RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
Satubdat, 27th Atgust, 1864. (Before W. F. Tarlton, Esq., J. P.) Drunkenness. — James Graham, for this offence in Tay-street,, ou the 26th instant, was fined ss. * 'Theft. — William H. Godwin was charged with etealiug a bag of flour of the value of £3 ss. For the production of evidence, this case was adjourned till Tuesday morning. Prisoner, meanwhile, to find bail in two sureties in £20 each, and himself ih £50, or go to jail. Ciail Cases, haegin's TEUSTEES v. cheistie. Mr. M'Culloch, the Resident Magistrate, not . beinf on the Bench, judgment in the casa was further postponed till Monday. The Court then rose.
