MUELLER xm> GEISOW have received instructions from the Proprietor to submit to Public Competition, at the day and hoiir stated, the Sections of INGLEWOOD TOWNSHIP, Varying in aize from One-half to nearly Three Acres. This property is situated on the Dunedin Road, within about three-quarters of a mile of the town of Invercargill. The half-acre sections are fronting the Dunedin Road and the Government Road running along Seaward Bush ; and the larger Sections have a frontage of nearly three chains to a road, running through, the centre of tlie Property. The Auctioneers, in directing the attention o the public to this Splendid Property, would, with all confidence, point to the low Upset Price — its fine situation — its proximity to town — and, especially, the exceedingly easy terms on which it is offered.
