Messrs. Mueller and, Geisow sold on Saturday, Section 15, Block XXXVI, Tay-sfcreet, Invercargill, with two houses .thereon, for £70. Mr. F. Cliapmau sold same day, under a distress wan-ant, tha right, title, and interest of Mr. Ralph Shaw in the Alhambra Hotel, Keiyin-st eet, for £5. The premises are subject to a ground rent of £80. To-day, Mr. G. W. Binney held a sale of groceries, &c, at the Co_r.ne::eial Sa^.o Rooms, Dee-street, but little' busiiisss was done. Byass' porter sold at 12s. ; potatoes at £8 per ton.
