And we farther command you, that you and each of you, in your own proper persons, be and appear before such judge of our Supreme Court as shall he sitting in Chambers, on Wednesday, the fifdi day of October next, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, and there to be examined touching the premises, and to do and receive what shall then and there be considered of you in that behalf, and this you shall in nowise omit.
