A meeting of the Sovereigns ol the above countries took place on the 19th inst., at Kissehgen.. It is reported that Russia, Austria, and Prussia, have resolved by a convention to act together upon all European questions of the present time. They had further declared the Polish question an internal — not an international — question, and mutually resolved to guarantee to each other their existing frontiers. It was also reported that Prussia would, with the concurrence of Austria, propose, at the Eederal Diet, that the Germanic Confederation should declare war against Denmark. The Austrian GoGovernment issued a diplomatic note, declaring that the meeting of the Sove- = reigns had no reference to the formation of a new Holy Alliance. This, however ia not credited.
