Of the three small vessels which returned from the Molyneux on Saturday, the Pilot "was about or over three months in performing the voyage from and to Dunedin, having lain in Molyneux Bay for a number of weeks. It i 3 satisfactory to know that these extraordinary delays experienced by importers to the Molyneux, so much to the detriment of the district, and detriment of Capi. Murray's enterprise of placing a steamer on the river, are likely soon to be avoided, arrangements having been lately made by which, steam communication between Dunedin and the mouth of fee river will be secured. — Ibid.
