And that the said Deed was duly executed by the said John Clark M'Kay and Samuel Beaven, on the said l4th day of -July, 1864; and by the said Kenneth M'lvor, on the 3rd of August inst. And the execution of the said Deed by the said John Clark. M'Kay, was attested by William Stuart, of Isvercargill aforesaid, Solicitor ; and the execution of the said Deed by the said Kenneth M'lvor and Samuel Beaven was attested by Peter M'Ewan, of Invercargill' aforesaid, Clerk.
