Hotelkeeper, of the first part ; WILLIAM HENRY BRAYTON and JOHN SPENCE, Merchants, of the second part ; and the several persons whose hands and seals are thereunto affixed, being Creditors of the said John Gethin Hughes, of the third part; all the REAL and PERSONAL ESTATE of him the said John Gethin Hughes, was thereby CONVEYED and ASSIGNED.unto the said William Henry Brayton and John Spence, upon the trusts therein mentioned, for fche equafc benefit of all the Creditors of the said John Gethin Hughes : And the said Deed was duly executed by the said John' Gethin Hughes*,' William Henry Brayton, and John Spence, in the presence of Samuel Mu'nckley South, of Invercargill, solicitor. And thafc the said Deed was duly executed by" fche said John Clark M'Kay and Samuel Beaven, on the""" said 14th day of July, 1864; and by the said Kenneth M'lvor, on fche 3rd of August inst. And the execution of the said Deed by the said John Clark M'Kay, was attested by William Stuart, of Invercargill aforesaid, Solicitor ; and the execution, of the said Deed by the sa*'d Kenneth M'lvor and Samuel Beaven was attested by Pete.- M'liwan, of Invercargill aforesaid, Clerk.
