Our issue of 6th inst., we have made;, inquiry, of the shippers respecting the large item (176 tons) of sheet iron, entered out per Southern- Empire, for .'Melbourne, 1 which, from its yalue,. v?e; presumed to be. galvanised, and have been informed in reply that such was the ease, with the exception of about 10 tons. A notice to this effect appears in the usual column devoted to late entries, and subscribers will.please take due note of the same, as also the array of j additional entries per Monarch, for Melbourne. | The Caroline Coventry (London to Sydney) took, I in addition to the cargo enumerated in the tables, 1876 barrels flour, each about 196 lb.
