MUELLER and GEISOW have received instructions from the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Invercargill, in pursuance of the provisions of the " Conveyancing Ordinance Amendment Act, 1860," to Sell by Public Auction, at their Auction Rooms, Taystreet, on tho hour and day above mentioned, and without the slightest reserve, Ist. All those valuable Leasehold Premises, situate in the town of Invercargill, in the Province of Southland, together with all buildings and erections thereon, and being the eastern half of Section No. 17, of Block No. 11, on the Record Map of the said town of Invercargill, bounded on the north by Section No. 6, 50 links, on the east by Section No. 16, 250 links, on the south by Tay-street, 50 links, and on the west by the -western half of said Section No. 17, 250 links.
