Thb Charlotta Jane is moored alongside the wharf, where she will discharge the locomotive, and railway plant, for the Government. The brigantine Union, from Melbourne, arrived - here~oir the 12th inst. Captain Evans reports having encountered some, very severe weather on the passage. On approaching New River Heads to-day, the-signai was made for her to stand out -;- to sea; and she was obliged to run for the Bluff. The Union is very deeply laden, and is a vessel of great breadth of 'beam. It will be very difficult to navigate,her through the narrow channels of the 2few River. Consignees and captain of the ship ■would'best study their interests by discharging the " ressel in the Bluff.
